Tools for your OA clinic

  • Annual licence to Aim-OA, complete with a loaded iPad for use in the clinic
  • Annual licence to Smart Mobility Survey, assisting with client identification of OA patients
  • Goniometer and chart of values to assess range of movement
  • Waiting room materials (wall poster highlighting OA symptoms, client handouts explaining OA and record keeping)

Practice assistance

Q1 (month 1-3)- monthly visit

Monthly site visit to assess OA treatment strategy with current patient group

Assistance with working up individual cases

Assistance with practice knowledge assimilation (other vets, nurses and reception)

Assistance with IA injections

Q2 (month 4-6) – meeting 6 weeks apart

Taking you a stage further in OA training (complicated case review)

Imaging to include ultrasound

Using the Smart Mobility Survey to increase OA clinic volume

Q3 & 4 (month 6-12) – meeting 3 months apart

Review of OA patient group and treatment strategy

Cost for The OA Clinic Package for 12 months (all inclusive):

£2990 + VAT per practice

£790 + VAT in first month and £200 + VAT per month for 11 months.

Includes two delegates for the residential CPD course (two vets or vet and nurse).

**Billed as £790 CPD for two, £200 per month consultancy fee so it won’t use all your CPD budget**
